We are expanding our Nordic service organization and is now looking for an engaged and dedicated Product Specialist to support our Mobile business. Come join our team! We are a team of 6 product specialists with various focus areas, all working with products like mobile phones, tablets, wearables and note-pc. If you are interested in tech, then you have come to the right place

What will this role achieve?
Our ultimate goal is a satisfied end customer. To achieve this, we work closely with our authorized service centers, making sure they have the support they need from us. We monitor the market for any potential product issues and make sure they get proper attention.

What will be your key deliverables?
• Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot quality issues on Mobile products
• Support Samsung Authorized Service Centers with training and guidelines
• Perform On-site visits to Authorized Service Centers within the Nordics
• Escalate product quality issues to Samsung production and development operations
• Manage implementation of new system logics and follow up with partners
• Drive projects to improve the quality of products and the customer satisfaction
• Handle daily admin tasks

What will be the jobs scope?
You will be providing support to our authorized service centers in the Nordics. Focus will be on mobile phones, tablets and wearables. Key objective is to make sure that our authorized service centers perform at their best and that any potential product issue gets resolved as quickly as possible. In order to do so, we work as a team, share knowledge together with our European subsidiaries and have backing from RnD and HQ.
We are looking for a problem solver with a short learning curve and ability to adapt and take initiative.
To be successful in the role you need to be energetic and self-propelled with a passion for technology. You need to be able to work independently as well as within a team.

What do we need for this role?
• Technical degree within IT/Telecommunications preferred, alternatively good track record.
• Experience from working with service and support mobile products.
• Good knowledge and understanding of both software and hardware of modern Mobile products.
• Good priority skills and judgment of situation urgency
• Analytical with ability to tackle a problem by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach
• Exceptional ability in structured problem solving and innovative out of the box thinking
• Exceptional ability to take initiative, drive tasks and daily operations self -propelled
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication skills in English, Swedish or other Nordic languages is a plus
• Comfortable in conduction presentations and trainings to small groups
