We work with many exciting clients (Volvo, SF Bio, WWF, etc.) and our developers work with the newest tech to solve their tough business problems. Like how to make a car communicate with a mobile application. Or how to send a million SMS in a split second. So as you see, production and technology is a key to our success and our many awards. Now we are growing the team, looking for developers who revel in the challenges of working in often unchartered tech territory, enjoy candy by the kilo and a world filled with HTML, XCode etc.

You love coding and want to mentor other developers as well as working on long-term strategy. Some of things you could have done last month as a Mobiento developer lead:

• Worked on architecture and development for improved REST and SOAP API:s for our messaging platform

• Looked into an alternative platform or language to see if it would be suitable for a new transaction-heavy project

• Optimized the speed and reliability of a new RabbitMQ-based messaging service

• Organized a weekly meeting for the back-end devs and made sure that the daily stand-ups ran smoothly each day

• Explained the ins and outs of Spring Security for a junior developer

• Schooled the CTO on best-practice for a new service

Some of the tech we use are: Java SE/EE, RabbitMQ/OpenMQ, Glassfish/Tomcat, Spring framework, PostgreSQL, a few different Linux distributions, Amazon EC2 and Apache.
