About the role
We are looking for a leader to support and guide our developers in our development teams at Mobilaris MCE. You should be a person well versed in modern software development methodology, get what agile is all about and have a keen interest in helping people grow and finding the best way to work in teams. You will work in close collaboration with our Head of Engineering and together you will secure the best and most innovative development teams possible. Recruiting and competence development will also be a key part of your job and beyond being a line manager, you will also contribute in a more direct way in our operations in a capacity that fits your skill set; might be as a project manager, system owner or something else which can benefit Mobilaris! We want to make sure that you reach your full potential at Mobilaris, just as the developers in your team aspire to.
