Business Area Printing and Reading is looking for a Mill Controller with responsibility for both the Controlling and Purchasing departments to Kvarnsveden Mill, since the current position holder will move to new challenges within the Business Area.
Business Area Printing and Reading offers the challenge to a person who can support taking the Kvarnsveden Mill to the next level as well as contributing to the development of Controlling and Purchasing within Kvarnsveden Mill and the Business Area.
As a Mill controller you are in charge for Mill controlling and Purchasing tasks and processes such as:
• Monthly closing and rolling forecasting process, financial framework for mill (target setting, action plans, KPIs), internal controls process
• Setting up instructions and controls, follow up of quality and timelines
• Assigned BA level responsibilities case by case
• Managing and developing the Controller and Purchasing teams and its processes
• Developing Purchasing strategy and Purchasing execution
• As a part of the Mill Management driving change and enhancing performance at the Mill.
Requirements
• University degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent related studies.
• Good knowledge of mill controlling activities and content as well as mill business processes, with several years' experience of business controlling from mill operations or mill related functions.
• Good knowledge about Purchasing processes and Purchasing strategy.
• Understanding of fundamental financial principles (including IFRS).
• Good knowledge in analysis and simulation and supporting business in implementation.
• Strong interest in process and tool development.
• Good knowledge of common IT-tools, e.g. Microsoft Office, SAP and Hyperion tools.
• Good co-operation skills, being a good team player.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive and result orientated with a business minded attitude.
• Responsible and with the ability to work independently.
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
As Mill Controller you will report to Anu Kalliomäki, VP Sales Controlling, for the Controlling part and to Peter Lindberg, Purchasing Manager Sweden, for the Purchasing part, and businesswise to the Mill Director at Kvarnsveden Mill.
