Stora Enso Nymölla mill is located 20 km east of Kristianstad in Bromölla municipality. The mill produces pulp according to the magnefite method and uncoated fine paper. Our customer base includes, for example, Europe's largest paper merchants and office products retailers and MultiCopy is our most famous product. The production capacity is 340 000 tonnes of pulp and 475 000 tonnes of fine paper. The company has about 545 employees.
Job description
We are now looking for an analytic and flexible Mill controller with the overall responsibility for our Finance department. We offer this opportunity to a person who can support and be a part of taking Nymölla mill to the next level as well as contribute to the development of the business controlling within the mill and Paper division. This means that you will support the mill to capture the maximum value of the business by providing new angles through smart analysis concerning product costs and profitability analysis and drive improvements across the mill in a close cooperation with division segment controlling.
As a Mill controller, you have the responsibility of the mill 's financial- and business controlling tasks such as monthly closings, rolling forecast processes and the financial framework for the mill such as target settings and internal control process. You also do investment calculations and risk management as well as you are the main contact for external auditors.
You will work closely with all the mill business stakeholders to ensure and support them in KPI: s and follow ups for the business. You will also be part of division and group wide networks to drive common projects and activities and also to enhance collaboration among the different mills within the division.
To succeed in this role, it is important that you have a very good ability to prioritize both operational and long term activities. Though you have personnel responsibility, it is important that you are passionate about leadership, communication, and are stimulated to present ideas in an inspirational way. A success factor is a very good understanding and experience of the close interaction between economic figures and the operational business.
Qualifications
We turn to you who has a higher-level degree education in degree in economics, business administration or equivalent related studies. You have good knowledge of controlling activities such as IFRS as well as business processes with several years of experience in leadership, preferably within industrial operations.
Knowledge in business systems SAP and Hyperion are meritable. We assume that you are fluent in Swedish and English in speech and in writing and have good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel.
As a person, you are self-driven, analytical and a good team player. You are solution-oriented and are not the one who backs off if you encounter a challenge or problem. You are service minded and have the ability to adapt your approach depending on the situation.
This is a fulltime employment and the working hours are daytime.
