We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will take on the management of key internal customer and supplier migration projects with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope. Work will require to be carried out in Stockholm, Meudon, London and Rome so travel availability is expected. Duration: Time limited project. 6 months to start.
The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, implementation, execution, tacking and completion of the migration projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Areas of responsibility:
• Coordinate internal resources for the execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Lead the planning and implementation of project
• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Provide direction and support to project team
• Project evaluations and assessment of results
• Prepare decisions, assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and propose clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization.
• Organize and set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details/data/information/activities.
• Planning and determining strategies to move the organization forward, set goals, create and implement actions plans, and evaluate the process and results.
• Solve problems, assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem.
The Project Manager reports to the Marketing Director Messaging
Education:
• University degree. A master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration is an asset.
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience, with proven working experience in project management.
Personal skills:
• Ability to manage complex issues in an international environment.
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
• Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management and change management
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Foster teamwork, work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems and to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Lead and positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organization.

• Oral and written fluency in English with excellent communication skill. French and/or Swedish is an asset.
