About the job
As a Software Engineer at Telavox, you'll be part of a dynamic team that enables smooth operations for our Partner and Sales divisions. You'll maintain existing systems and develop new features, working closely with your teammates to drive our technical roadmap forward.
A typical day in this role involves:
Starting the day with a team stand-up meeting to align on tasks and priorities.
Collaborating with colleagues to tackle issues and implement new features, following a Kanban approach using JIRA
Focusing initially on learning through maintenance tasks, gradually taking on more development responsibilities as you familiarize yourself with our systems
We engage in retrospectives every third week to continually improve our processes and outcomes
This role is based in our Malmö office, where our team primarily works onsite, fostering a collaborative and engaging work environment.

About you
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java development who are eager to dive into complex systems and contribute to their evolution. We welcome applicants with diverse experiences and backgrounds.
Technical competencies:
Proficiency in Java, SQL, and RESTful services.
Good-to-have technical competencies:
Experience with Hibernate, Kubernetes, MySQL, and working with large, complex systems.
