What you 'll do
We are now looking for a Microwave Transmission Planner to join Telenor in this exiting journey that we are in. Take the chance to be a part of our 5G Rollout Project where you will have an important role in making this change happen.
As MW Transmission Planner - you will perform planning and implementation coordination of last mile MW access transmission for the new 5G network. The role will also include to optimize and upgrade our existing MW network. You will have a close dialogue and collaboration with field technicians and be responsible for permission applications, equipment ordering, field technicians implementation support, sub-project follow-up and documentation.
Who are you
To be successful in this role, we believe that you can work independently as well as with your team. You will work in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The position requires knowledge from planning and transmission tools (Mini Link and Aircom). You have previous experience in the field of microwave transmission and/or radio planning, but we believe that your mindset and the will to learn more in this area, is key in this role.
