hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Dometic Holding AB i Solna We are looking for a talented Microsoft Workplace Architect to help us define the strategy and roadmap for our Global Digital Workplace.
Purpose
Digitalization will put new demands on our business and drives IT to become an important digital asset for business development and corporate efficiency.
As a Microsoft Workplace Architect, you will be responsible for creating our Global technical roadmaps on Microsoft domains and Technologies. You will have a broad role covering all Microsoft Services offered in our Global Workplace, such as Client Management, MDM Management, Client Security & IAM.
You will help us build a solid governance on areas related to IAM, SCCM, Intune & Azure. Also included are ownership of our future platform for External Identity Management.
Your support to define the strategy for the onboarding of our M&As will be critical to this role. Migrations can be from on-prem o cloud or hybrid infrastructure. You will also support with Microsoft Licensing consolidation.
You will coordinate towards different stakeholders across the business the communications and update on the advancement of digital Workplace.
You will be responsible for maintaining Life-cycle management of applications and tools used within Microsoft.
You will also be supporting strategic projects where identity or security operations have a key part to play.
Main Responsibilities
• Define the technical Roadmap for Microsoft Workplace, including planning and execution.
• Service improvement - be the final escalation point, own external relationships, trend analysis, establish and drive service improvement plans.
• Operational Gatekeeper - understand what's coming, what's changing, work with design and project teams to test and deliver new services and capabilities, ensuring that they are supportable and will deliver value for the group.
• Proactively work with product managers to identify potential issues and ensure effective remediation.
• Provide training and shift left possibilities to our L1 & L2 support.
• Develop, participate and document standard operating procedures, best practices and technical documentation in a shared repository
• Assess current environment and make continuous improvements to align with future state architecture.
Who are we looking for
You have held roles as specialist within Client & Mobile management, Identity and access and have a passion for Cloud, Digital Workplace and IT Infrastructure capabilities.
You have a service minded approach in combination with a passion and a mindset for over exceeding user expectations is essential to be successful in the role.
Qualifications and Experience
We believe that the ideal candidate has the following qualifications and experiences:
• Solid experience in IAM & Microsoft Workplace best practices and related architecture.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a specialist within SCCM & Intune.
• 5+ years of proven experience within Identity & Access.
• 3+ years of proven experience within Azure AD.
• Solid experience on Vulnerabilities Management.
• Ability to design, implement and maintain Microsoft Workplace related processes.
• Great communication skills at all levels of the Organization.
• Windows client troubleshooting using Performance monitor, Process monitor and WMI.
• Vendor engagement skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Identify Manager, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, ADFS and SSO.
• Good if you are familiar with the ITIL Framework and Agile ways of working.
