• Working on decided divisional IT infrastructure projects
• Second line support of implemented divisional solutions
Duties will also include responsibility of the IT infrastructure and monitor group IT systems, it can also include backup role for IT support
Background, profile:
• Experience in handling global projects (as team member or project leader)
• Experience in analyzing 2nd level problems / troubleshooting
• Experience is helping out end-users / IT colleagues (on-site - by phone - remote access)
Requirements :
• +3 years experience in global company working with central infrastructure
• Willingness to travel international
• Perfect English (verbal & writing)
• Experience with working in hosted / central environment
Knowledge conditions:
• Extended knowledge of MS Active Directory including GPO's / DNS / DHCP /
• Good knowledge of MS SCCM
• Experience with centrally managed security solutions
• Extended knowledge of MS Exchange 2010
• SharePoint knowlegde
