ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Microsoft Exchange Technician within Digital Workplace you are an important resource in the transition from on-premises solution to a cloud solution with Microsoft Azure. Together with the Lead Designer, you are responsible for the cloud transition of the product Microsoft Exchange and will design processes and execute the technical roadmap.

Your team:
You will belong to a distributed team with colleagues in both Solna and Vilnius. The team is cross-functional and consists of other Exchange Technicians, Lead Designer, Scrum Master and a Product Owner. We work agile with SAFe and have daily standups, reviews and retros. Our office is located in Arenastaden, Solna. We are working remotely today but when we are not working from home, our office has several restaurants and a top modern gym.
YOUR PROFILE
You have previously worked with the Microsoft 365 suite and you want to further develop your skills in Microsoft Exchange. It is a plus if you have experience of larger organizations with complex IT-environments and if you have participated in a large volume Microsoft Exchange migration projects from on-premises to online solutions.
What is most important however is your interests and commitment! You are eager to learn more and have genuine interest in new technologies. You work well in a team and are happy to share your knowledge with your co-workers. To be able to communicate effectively with the team, you are fluent in both written and spoken English.
