Role Overview:
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering global templates, managing data migration, and supporting go-live activities. You will collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Requirements: Collect and analyze business needs, lead discussions, and ensure coherent documentation.
Design & Configuration: Lead solution design activities, perform configurations, and ensure industry best practices.
Data Management: Assist in data mapping and migration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Testing & Training: Conduct comprehensive testing and prepare training materials to ensure a smooth transition.
Go-live & Support: Lead go-live activities and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
5-8 years of functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Beneficial - Expertise in sales, order management, pricing, sourcing, procurement, and manufacturing.
Beneficial - Proven experience in large, complex D365 ERP projects.
Strong data migration and integration skills.
Experience in international environments and B2B organizations is an advantage.
Proficient in tools like Jira, HP ALM, ServiceNow, and SharePoint.
Excellent communication skills in English; Swedish language skills are a plus.
