Acando seeks a number of talented Business Intelligence experts, focused upon the Microsoft BI solution portfolio to the Stockholm office. You will be an intergral member of the Stockholm BI business unit, with the following main areas of responsibility:
• Develop and recruit a new team of Microsoft BI experts, to our existing BI team in Stockholm.
• Work closely with our customers in the early project phases with a blend of added business value, information and technology.
• Advise our customers and conduct BI strategy studies, based upon Microsoft?s technologies.
• Together with our customers analyze business problems, and translate them into concrete solutions and specifications.
• Support other business unit member to solve problems, find solutions and supervise the quality of our deliveries.
• Maintain and further develop a strong relationship with Microsoft regarding offerings, solutions and sales (as a member of our Microsoft partner team).
The experience you add to us
You are passionate about creating concrete business results, and have a proven experience from working with Microsoft?s BI solution portfolio. You have;
• a master degree in informatics/computer science or a similar education level, combined with a strong interest for informatics.
• a minimum of three years working experiences in large BI/Data Warehouse projects.
• an interest in solution selling, with proven results.
• an understanding of the technical possibilities and limitations, to transform business needs into functional requirements and Data Warehouse technology solutions.
• good understanding of overall business processes, Data Warehouse methodologies and current trends.
• a basic understanding of project management methodologies.
• competence in several of the following areas - Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Reporting Services, Microsoft OLAP, Microsoft SSIS, Microsoft SharePoint Portal and Microsoft Visual Studio.
