You will be a part of the Quality Microbiology group where you will act as the subject matter expert for product parameters and environmental contamination within the Microbiology area. The main area will also include careful and accurate investigations in the perspective of microbiology. You will be responsible for test of product, samples from environmental control but also for driving all activities within the Microbiology department. A large part of the role will include the handeling of quality related issues. You will also be collaborating with other fuctions within the deparment, such as manufacturing and Product/Process development to achieve successful results within the project.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Master's degree or equivalent in Microbiology
• A few years of experience within the Microbiology area or any other related area
• Good knowledge in ISO AND GMP
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Managment experience in quality systems and processes (CAPAs, Complaints, Deviations) etc.
• Speak fluent English
• Meritorious with Swedish skills in speaking and writing
THE ROLE ALSO REQUIRES:

You have great skills in the verbal, oral, written language but also good presentation skills. You have a passion for creating quality and are very focused in creating strong perfomances, independently but also in team with other colleagues. Dynamic and changing environment is something you like and feel flexible about. Good understanding of the entire pharmaceutical product development process including qualification, manufacturing, packaging, validation, testing, release, and distribution processes.
