hela Sverige • Lead a multi-level QA organization for NVIDIA's Ethernet switching software, including first-line managers and senior engineers across several product programs.
• Define the overall test strategy, quality metrics, and release criteria for switch software, from the SDK and switch ASIC interfaces up to the network operating system and management tools.
• Own release sign-off and quality risk assessment for the programs in scope, and report quality status to senior engineering leadership.
• Drive functional, system, scale, performance, and stability testing of AI data-center fabrics, with a strong focus on RDMA/RoCE traffic, congestion control, and high availability.
• Recruit, coach, and develop managers and engineers; lead performance reviews, career planning, and succession within the organization.
• Plan headcount, lab infrastructure, and test schedules across concurrent programs in a fast-moving product roadmap.
• Work with R&D, architecture, program management, and product teams from requirements and design review through release, so that testability and quality are addressed early.
• Lead validation of virtual and simulation-based environments, enabling software and automation to be tested before physical systems are available.
• Scale test automation and continuous integration across the organization, and adopt AI-assisted tools to improve test development and defect analysis.
• Act as a technical authority for the teams: review test plans and topologies, guide root-cause analysis of complex networking issues, and support critical customer escalations.
