The Ericsson Wallet Platform is a product which enables our customers to provide mobile financial services. Customers are operators and banks, both of whom have very high expectations on the level of security which this financial solution provides and the way the solution is operated, integrated, and customized.
Together we work on a product that improves the lives of millions of daily users in Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America. We build our financial platform to help bring financial freedom to many people around the world.

The person we are looking for is a Customer minded colleague, with a strong background in people leadership. You will be empowered to take full ownership of the areas of responsibility and will be motivated to deliver according to your full potential! As a Line Manager you will teach, coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations. You will foster a creative and learning culture.
This unit is built and based on diversity, a strong cross unit collaboration, high degree of innovation and a learning culture, to reach business excellence.

Lead, coach, and develop individuals, teams, and organizations

Encourage collaboration between your teams and other teams within MFS
Secure that the organization has the needed capability and support what it needs to contribute to our operations
Responsible for recruitment and staffing
Competence and competence development - increased product and solution focus
We are looking for an experienced leader, eager and capable of mentoring a team. Contributing to the unit/sector by continuously developing, generating energy, mentorship, challenge and crafting dedication. Following are the qualifications required:
Strong leadership skills in line with Ericsson core values and new leadership framework
Excellent skills in communication, both verbally and written
Good business and customer understanding
You have a genuine interest in people
Ability to work and agree across organizational boundaries
Large degree of flexibility and willingness to seek different tasks
Find it stimulating to work with change management and collaboration/agreement across the organizations
Excellent English skills in both writing and conversation is a must
University level education
