We are looking for an individual with a background in automotive manufacturing or similar and with a high sense of quality.
The role's main duty is to operate our CMM machine. In the role you are responsible for the programming and evaluation the result. The task is to ensure that the articles do confirm with the drawings or other set specification from KAAB.
The Metrology Technician must have a thorough skill set in interpreting drawings and use measuring tools to be successful in the role.
You should be driven and focused in finding continuously new ways in improving the Koenigsegg quality.
Responsibilities:
Measurement programs for CMM equipment or similar
Execute calibration and maintenance of measurement equipment.
Cooperating with engineers to find develop tolerance and measurement annotations on drawings
Supporting production with all quality issues and measurements.
Participate in purchasing of new measurement equipment.
Write internal reports and inform SQE.
Taking care of all measuring equipment (torque wrenches, setting rings, etc) and making sure that the equipment's have valid calibration dates.
Supporting production with quality issues
Requirements:
Education within metrology and or measurement technologies
Equivalent experience within the same field of expertise.
Skills to handle measuring equipment.
Experience and programming measurement programs is seen as an advantage for the role.
Good communication skills, both verbally and written in Swedish and English
Experience of CMM machine, preferable Zeiss is seen positively.
Experience of MONITOR ERP system is seen positively.
Driving license
