You will be part of a team working with Governance related issues. Together we are responsible for developing and implementing modern and efficient approach to all our project- and maintenance teams at our division.
The role gives you great opportunities to deepen your knowledge in methods, tools and processes. You work as a coach in exciting IT deliveries and contribute continuously in the business development of our IT department.
Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Methods & Process responsible comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• You work daily with continuous improvements together with our teams and agile coaches.
• You help our employees to use and develop effective working methods and tools.
• You are working close with our teams to find suitable methods and management models in case where we move toward outsourced solutions/services.
• You lead and facilities our competence network.
• You keep yourself updated on "best practice" in the market and use them to meet our business needs and IT strategy.
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. You have a pragmatic approach with the ability to adapt methods and frameworks for different teams.
And your skills include:
• Several years of experience implementing IT solutions based on combinations of standard systems and in-house developed systems, as well as various types of outsourced solutions / services.
• Deep knowledge of how to manage and work with different types of outsourcing.
• Knowledge of the current frameworks, methods and techniques for enabling rapid, agile deliveries/results.
• At least five years experience of working as a project manager and / or system administrator / service manager.
• You have worked at least ten years in the IT industry and have experience of working in large companies.
