This is us, your new colleagues
We are the driving force when it comes to create service and repair data for our products. Together we are responsible of the production and publishing of service, repair and diagnostic information for our diesel engine range and transmissions. Information which is used by all our Dealers and end Customers, all over the world (not to put any pressure on you;).

Job Summary
Your great computer skills and experience in technical documentation will help us in creating world leading service information. You will be responsible to develop and publish the next generation of our Service & Maintenance manuals where your main responsibility will be to collect and publish service and repair schedules and maintain content in our service contract calculator. This is an opportunity for you who want to work independently and move the continuous improvement process forward.

As a Service & Repair Specialist you will be working in close relation to Product Development and other functions within Global Aftermarket.

Who are you?
We are looking for you who are dynamic; details oriented and have a very good technical understanding. As we are working in close cooperation with other functions within the Global Aftermarket your networking and social skills will be a great benefit to us.

Qualifications
• Technical Education, Senior High School level, at least
• Experience from workshop, service and repair
• Very good knowledge in diesel engines
• Excellent written communication
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Good computer skills. (Office, 3D-viewers, Photoshop)
