We are now looking for a Meta Marketing Specialist who will lead our performance efforts across Meta's channels. You will have the opportunity to impact our marketing success and efforts, and test test test - preferably going outside of the box often.
THE TASKS YOU WILL OWN
Develop, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across multiple regions: Europe, APAC, MEA, and Australia
Analyze campaign performance, make data-driven decisions, and iterate for continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing and business objectives
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices within Meta advertising and social media marketing
Monitor and report on key metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations
WHO YOU ARE
Around 2 years of previous experience in managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
Proven ability to manage large-scale campaigns targeting multiple regions (EU, APAC, MEA, AUS)
Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing and interpreting campaign performance metrics
Brave in testing new things, contributing as an innovator in the team
Fluent in English
Experience with TikTok Ads is a plus, but not required
Experience in Smartly is considered a plus
