As a Mergers and Acquisition Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer in Stockholm, and lead projects in close collaboration with senior management on Group level.
What do we expect from you
You possess strong networking and relationship building skills
You should have a track record of working in a similar role in investment banking, transaction advisory or corporate with direct exposure to spotting, evaluating and acquiring/investing in firms of small and mid scale
You are a strategic thinker with business savvy; you can break complex problems into smaller ones, are able to navigate ambiguity and bring structure when needed
You have the ability to learn about new concepts, markets and business models quickly and to produce quality work in short time frames
You have well-developed project management skills, attention to detail, and be able to roll up your sleeves to "get the deal done"
You have a skill set that is equally comfortable analyzing data, exploring new technologies, coordinating global teams, and producing compelling presentations
You are experienced in data analysis, Excel and Powerpoint and have the ability to build concise and illustrative financial models
You are able to build genuine relationships at all levels inside and outside the organization
You have strong passion for tech industry, growth and a can-do attitude while operating semi-autonomously


What will you work on
Identify and evaluate business opportunities and develop Truecaller's strategy and M&A agenda
Meet companies and founders wherever they may be in the world as soon as you've zeroed in on an opportunity
Coordinate all steps of the M&A process including early stages, due diligence, negotiation, closing and integration activities
You lead the work internally and manage advisors and external contacts together with our CSO
Perform financial analysis and valuation for Group Functions and Countries
Prepare and present cases for decision in the M&A board
Lead ad hoc strategic initiatives
