The client is a well-known Swedish company. It is a fast growing company within the financial market, who works with several other well-known companies. They have several hundred employees and you will find their office in the quiet part of central Stockholm.
Merchant Support is creating a completely new team called the ?Merchant Support Outbound? team. The Outbound team will mainly work with three specific tasks:
• Monitor all newly integrated merchants and as their first purchase has been approved the Outbound team will contact them, congratulate them and take the opportunity to tell them all they need to know about online tools and service.
• Work closely with merchant decision, taking their errands to the next level ? calling the merchants and helping them out so that they are as compliant to laws and regulations as possible
• Contact merchants after integration to gather missing important information, such as account numbers
Skills required
• High school graduation
• Fluent in German
• Experience working with customer service, callcenter
• Good computer skills
