Do these things ring a bell? If so, then I do believe that you might have what it takes to be one (of the two) new, modern day problem solvers we’re looking for to join Fyndiq.

Fyndiq’s modern day problem solvers will work on finding great solutions to our great merchants’ questions. So, when you tell your fam and friends what you do at Fyndiq you’ll say “I’m Fyndiq’s Merchant Sales Coach, and it’s an entirely new position so I get to contribute to the shaping of the roll from the get-go. #heeello-once-in-a-lifetime-op!”

Your fam and friends will probably respond “But, Name (yours), what does that actually mean?” Well, basically you are going to be the Personal Trainer for our current merchants. Your main focus will be coaching them to be on top and supporting them to increase their sales. And by doing that you will build strong relationships and be the one who knows what product they sell (and perhaps should sell?), which products are trending and what products customers just need to have. So, every little thing that makes our merchants upload new cool stuffs is your task to claim.

“Cool as coolio!” is probably not what your grandma will reply when she gets it, but she’ll probably enjoy knowing that your primary focus, each and every day, is to help others become even better in what they’re doing.Who’s our next Merchant Sales Coach?

I, Sandra, who’s searching for our two next top Merchant Sales Coaching Fyndians, am kinda sure that you need to be a naturally curious person who’s triggered by numbers and increasing sales. Your analytical and “sunny side up” personality makes it easy for other departments to work with you.

When being our Merchants Sales Coach, giving advice on how to boost sales, you’ll have a great toolbox filled with supercool tools at your disposasl. The super cool box will primarily be filled with your closest colleagues at Merchant Relations (of course), and our business intelligence system Qlikview. But, we can’t have you coming empty handed, we need you to bring your own luggage filled with solid coaching skills and experience in driving sales. And Swedish, yes, we need you to be epic in writing, reading and speaking Swedish as most of our merchants use it in their daily operations.

And hey, one thing you should know about before applying: working for one of Europe’s fastest growing tech start-ups is not always as smooth as an Usain Bolt race, but it’s always worth it.
