Department
The Safe department in Stockholm is a new function in the Nets organization and aims to provide high-quality service to all merchants that utilize the services of Nets. This function will act as single point of contact for all merchants that have inquiries regarding the terms of agreement. The office is situated in Hammarby Sjöstad, you will work in a light and modern work environment. As this is a newly established function, you have the opportunity to become an instrumental part of the organization that ensures safe relations between Nets and their merchants. Through inbound calls, you as merchant safe relations agent will have the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
• Maintaining merchant relations by providing assistance in real-time through telephone and e-mail
• Acting single point of contact for merchants to resolve any issues related to the services provided by Nets.
• Provide merchants with all necessary information regarding the services they are entitled to by being in collaboration with Nets.
• Log all inquiries and actions taken in relevant system.
• Investigate merchant's financial situations and offer creative solutions for continuous collaboration.
• Assist merchants with information regarding the procedures of contract termination by following existing SLA.
• Effectively promote Nets brand by exemplifying the highest level of service.
• Liase with other departments within the organization to ensure high merchant satisfaction
Qualifications:
• Experience from service and/or sales is a requirement
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and track multiple issues
• Experience with retention is meritorious
• Fluency in either Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Finish
• Being bilingual in two Nordic languages is an advantage but not a requirement
