Drive in-region merchandising efforts to maximize engine placement in all channels. You will develop regional marketing programs to support different channel strategies, based on in-depth marketing intelligence in the region collected by you.
Responsibility for Budget control of mass retail marketing support, is required.
You will ensure that the different marketing program elements, support and enhance sales efforts and new projects as well as long term brand consistency.
You are responsible for the Scandinavian PR/Communications Plan.
You will rive Power Products sales in region of, Inverters, generators, pumps, etc

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent education
• 5 - 7 years of experience in a marketing environment ideally with people management
• Team player experienced in working with different cultures across Europe
• Proven ability to execute a wide range of activities that consistently support brand message and channel objectives
• Strong communicator able to deal confidently with a wide variety of nationalities and backgrounds on a range of subjects and able to establish good relationships at all levels
• Fluency in English / Swedish is essential, any additional language is advantageous
