TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.
The role
TOTEME is looking for a Merchandising Analyst to join our Stockholm team for a full-time position. In this role, you will support the Merchandising team with insights and analysis that guide assortment, pricing, and commercial decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build a strong understanding of product performance across all channels and markets. You will report to the Merchandising Director.
Responsibilities
Conduct collection and product analysis to generate actionable insights for collection development and planning.
Support seasonal collection planning through analysis of past performance, carry-overs, and pricing architecture.
Perform competitive pricing benchmarking and pricing analysis to support pricing strategy and price setting across channels and regions.
Deliver ongoing performance analytics through dashboards, KPIs and business reviews.
Produce market and trend reports with insights into consumer behaviour, competitor activity and emerging merchandising opportunities.
Lead end-of-season product performance reporting.
Collaborate with Merchandising, Buying, Planning and other internal teams to align insights and support decision-making.
Participate in and contribute to TOTEME's social and environmental sustainability strategy.
Your profile
Several years of experience in a similar or closely related role (e.g. Collection Merchandising), preferably within a luxury or premium fashion brand.
Relevant educational background in business, economics, merchandising, fashion management or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with confidence working with data to support product and assortment decisions.
Ability to translate analysis into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience working analytically and in close partnership with product teams, with a strong understanding of collection planning, pricing, carry-over strategy, product performance, and customer behaviour.
Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with analytics platforms is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's Head Office in Stockholm, starting as soon as possible.
