hela Sverige Are you a person with great analytical skills and with work experience within sales, retail and/or e-commerce? Do you want to be part of an international retail company? We are now looking for a Merchandiser to our head office located in the heart of Gothenburg (at the Central station!)
Your role in our team. You are part of Lindex Global Sales department and a team that works with maximising the global sales and profitability and defining KPI's, for all our sales channels and with a digital first mindset. The team also works to optimise the customer offer and implement, develop and execute on the sales plan to deliver the best possible customer experience.
We understand that you want to know more about the role! As a Merchandiser, you are responsible for maximised sales and profitability within specified assortment groups. You make sure that we provide insights and actions for a profitable store and online sales growth, with a global as well as local perspective. You analyse and act on sales and find possibilities or risks within the sales and promotion plan. Other examples of what's included in the role: markdowns in sale periods, assortment knowledge and information, being an analytical specialist in cross functional projects and initiatives and a super user in PowerBI.

Academic degree within Economics or Business Administration
Experience from working with e-commerce
English and Swedish, both written and spoken
Meritorious: experience from an omni-channel organisation
