THE OPPORTUNITY
Boozt is now looking for a Merchandiser to strengthen our team. You will join our Buying & Merchandising team to help us grow our online presence.
As a Merchandiser you will be assigned to a specific area within Buying & Merchandising. You work alongside buying to ensure the area is being run optimally through best buy, analysis, and optimizing.
With your analytical and out of the box thinking, you will help us achieve the optimal stock performance and continued sales growth. You will be accountable for sales forecasting, stock management, and strategic decisions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Secure optimal range planning for coming seasons through analysis and preparing the buyers for optimal buy.
Identify and act on business opportunities within assigned area through performance- stock and ST analysis along with market research.
Ensure optimal stock composition in-season including reorders & trading recommendations.
Set the strategic direction for area within Buying & Merchandising.
Collaborate with other departments internally to ensure best performance on area and to secure on time deliveries.
Work closely with marketing to ensure strong seasonal campaigns, full price and discounts.
Project and Supply chain management

YOUR PROFILE
To be successful in this role, you have a passion for numbers and are highly analytical and a quick learner. Your approach to problem-solving is proactive and innovative with a constant need to make improvements. You are responsible, structured, and detail-oriented. You like to collaborate and with good time-management skills you thrive to work in an environment with a high pace.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics
1-3 years of experience within merchandising, controlling or a similar function is preferred
E-commerce or retail experience is a plus
Strong BI and Excel skills using VLOOKUP function and pivot tables
Fluent in English since this is our corporate language (only applications in English will be considered)
