hela Sverige For an international fashion and lifestyle brand for accessories we are looking for a Merchandise Assortment and Pricing Planner. The company has a forward spirit and big plans ahead. The role is new and you will get the opportunity to develop the role together with the company. The headoffice is centrally located in Stockholm and we offer a flexible hybrid working model. The position is full time and the start is as soon as possible.
About the position
This role is key in ensuring that the company has the right assortment to drive sales.
You will co-own the product and range plan in conjunction with the Product team, ensuring product is traded as profitably as possible. You will provide insight for the business regarding assortment performance and recommendation of trading actions.

Responsibilities
• Assortment Planning:
Review previous performance
Define growth drivers
Create option, sales and profit parameter plan by assortment type
Build the assortment in collaboration with the product team with omnichannel at forefront of mind
Collaborate with demand planning re volume forecasts
Support product team negotiation with suppliers
Critical Path Management:
Agree the critical path for each product launch (based on standard templates)
Work with cross functional teams to monitor progress against product launch critical path to ensure that products launch on time with correct supporting materials
• Maximise Profit:
Creation of sales and profit targets by assortment type
Review performance vs plan and identify opportunities for improvement
Manage mark-down activity to reduce terminal stock whilst optimising profitability
• Performance Review:
Review performance weekly with the cross functional team and prepare updates for the weekly trading meeting and monthly business performance reviews
Review competitor activity and include this in weekly performance updates
Development of reports in Qlik to provide insight into business performance and guide decision making
• Manage Pricing:
Define pricing across the ecommerce platforms
Work with wholesale planner to create wholesale price lists
Your profile
• 3 + years of work experience minimum in similar roles
• Highly analytical and numerate but with a curious mindset
• A team player with great communication skills.
• Highly experienced in merchandise financial planning
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Qlik or similar BI tools
• Highly capable Microsoft Excel user
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Ideally degree educated in business or similar
