hela Sverige * develop and maintain the MP Making framework and the Concept Development methodology
• lead the development of concepts including methodologies, tools, and performance review framework
• collaborate with Marketing Insights & Analytics to ensure that the MP Making framework is supported by leading trends and research
• design and execute MP Making workshops with cross-functional teams
• collaborate closely with MP Managers on MP Making and lead the development of the commercial brief, working on operational scenarios and the profitability model
• support Expansion & Development in the redevelopment of existing locations
• be accountable for ensuring the appropriate documentation of the concept-related material
• set and lead MP Making procedures and yearly activities to secure that all relevant tools and frameworks are in place
• collaborate with other MP Making Leaders to develop a framework and to streamline concept development processes
• establish a network within Ingka Centres and INGKA Group to evaluate and share best practices
• develop co-workers' awareness for innovation and customer centricity by demonstrating INGKA Centres' strive for outstanding customer experience

You have the capability to:
• develop and maintain the MP Making framework and the Concept Development methodology
• lead the development of concepts including methodologies, tools and performance review frameworks
• collaborate with Marketing Insights & Analytics to ensure that the MP Making framework is supported by leading trends and research
• design and execute MP Making workshops with cross-functional teams
• collaborate closely with MP Managers on MP Making and lead the development of the commercial brief, working on operational scenarios and the profitability model

• lead and coach Concept & Customer Experience Developers in their daily operations
