hela Sverige Chiesi is looking to recruit a Medical Digital Content Manager to the Medical Affairs team at the company.
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the development and production of the medical digital content for the marketing teams in-line with customer needs and corporate strategy and be responsible for the digital medical marketing content planning in the Nordic countries. You will work in close collaboration with the medical and marketing teams as well as the sales teams to ensure that the content that is presented in various channels fits the needs of our customers. Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities include:
• Together with the marketing and medical department, develop the Nordic digital medical content strategy planning and creation in the Nordic affiliate.
• Develop a strong internal network to understand the needs of medical content creation and production by close alignment with the Medical Team, Digital Marketing Manager, Brand Managers, Area Managers and Public Affairs.
• Ensure that the content produced is in line with the Nordic Customer Plan, Field Force activities and local marketing activities.
• Ensure that all content produced is in line with the ethical and compliance rules for the Nordic pharmaceutical industry.
• Maintain a high level of therapy area, product, competitor, and business knowledge, including knowledge of national and local health policies and structure.
• Supports the shared value culture within Chiesi and works actively towards a social and environmental responsible footprint of the company; takes initiatives and suggest new ways of business in accordance with B Corp guidelines; accountable to deliver part of the company's Sustainability Plan that is assigned to the role and/or support company's mass initiatives on sustainability.
Deliverables
• Write, copy edit, and publish high quality digital medical marketing content in line with the omnichannel strategy. The main platform of publication is
www.chiesipro.se, but other relevant digital platforms can also be used.
• The main target stakeholder groups are medical doctors and nurses.
• In collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager, develop schedules for content marketing campaigns, track audience and dissemination dates, provide analytics, and make recommendations to reach targeted engagement numbers.
• Edit, proofread, and improve content created by other associates in both the marketing and the medical department.
• Contact with 3rd party vendors for translation and content adaptations.
Your profile
Key Qualifications include:
• Master's degree in Communication, Administration, Marketing or Biomedicine preferred. PhD is an advantage
• Experience with medical content creation in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is preferred including hands-on experience with digital content creation platforms, such as Adobe Creative Cloud apps and Canva.
• Good understanding of marketing material development, using infographics.
• Knowledge about the Nordic pharma and healthcare landscape.
• Language requirement: Any Nordic language as well as business level in English
We are looking for someone with outstanding skills in writing compelling, engaging and target audience focused informative medical content. Also, we believe that you are someone who has an ability to quickly comprehend and convert scientific information to marketing content and to present ideas in an organized, creative, and engaging manner that results in clear understanding and calls to action. You have high sense of responsibility, attention to detail and excellent time management skills. You enjoy collaborating with others and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
