As a Medical Architect/Design Advisor, you will contribute to strategic activities for a given set of customers to develop the corresponding healthcare facilities and optimize the medical unit's performances. You will serve as a confidant to the management team to plan design engagements with the appropriate group of specialists. Furthermore, you will be a consultant in discussions with customers to influence opinions and inspire to action.
As a Medical Architect/Design Advisor, you will also engage with the customers to ideate on new and innovative solutions and work closely with the team to develop solutions that solve our most complex problems regarding the spatial quality of healthcare facilities .
TASKS
The main task of an advisor is to lead the solution side of a design and to be the single point of contact between the specialists and customers. You will interconnect and provide resources to the Architects and Medical professionals for better Health in buildings.
Briefly you will be responsible for:
Own the quality of the solution specific proposals (presentations, demonstrations, innovation workshops etc.) by driving the process from vision to use cases to tangible solution proofs;
Strategic research and solution finding process and then reaching out to manager for approval, allocation and staffing of the identified resources in the system.
Spend time with customers and lead the engagement with key stakeholders by actively participating in customer meetings and events;
Arranging internal and external solution resources;
SKILLS and REQUIREMENTS
Having the experience of designing medical rooms and optimizing their spatial quality;
Experience with several medical technology areas such as thorax, anesthesia, urology etc;
Build strong relationship with management team and with their assigned clients;
Broad knowledge of architectural solutions and ability to map design priorities;
Excellent team management skills and experience with orchestration of complex deals envisioning the big picture and value for the client;
Be able to demonstrate solutions on a high-level, and how they relate to clients' expectations and requirements.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Master-degree in Architecture required, or equivalent degree from accredited university preferred,
Fluency in English is a requirement, fluency in Swedish is preferred and any other language is an asset.
