Moreover, you have knowledge of:
using insights to formulate communication strategies, plans and activities to meet business and receiver needs
how to lead communication by defining, planning, executing and follow-up communication to relevant stakeholders
networking, bookmarking, blogging and forum applications and sites where Ingka Centres can interact with customers and candidates
the latest developments, best practices and people's preferences within the communication and media field
communication to stakeholders to counteract, handle, contain or resolve emergencies and disasters
creating and maintaining goodwill and a positive brand image with our various stakeholders through publicity activities

A day in your life with us
As our Media & Public Affairs manager, your main mission is to promote and safeguard our company brands.

Moreover you will:
• lead and coach the media relations and public affairs team
• be responsible for the development and delivery of the Centres Media Relations and Public Affairs agenda, providing a high level of support and help for reactive and proactive communication
• be responsible for defining relevant external media channels, including social media and to work closely with Ingka media relations both on global and local levels
• ensure a high level of support and coaching to all the markets, locations and other domains on the Public Affairs agenda and development of capabilities * analyze regulatory and non-regulatory developments relevant to our markets and business, feeding back learnings into the business strategy & planning discussions
secure effective alignment of Public Affairs objectives to formulated business goals and stakeholder objectives, alignment with Ingka Group Public Affairs team
• provide passionate advocacy and leadership on the topic of strategically relevant positive societal impact across our company, engaging not only external, but also internal stakeholders
• apply effective stakeholder management to develop a deep understanding of stakeholder drivers in order to manage Public Affairs effectively
• lead reactive and proactive communication externally through Media Relations, and secure the communication process by defining, planning, executing and following up communication to relevant stakeholders
• be a global spokesperson and responsible for the development of spokespersons both on global and local levels as well as setting global standards and guidelines on Media Relations
• proactively contribute to business strategy and planning discussions. Secure effective alignment of Media Relations communication objectives to formulated business goals and stakeholder objectives
• apply stakeholder management to develop a deep understanding of stakeholder drivers and target communication effectively
