We are now looking for a Project Manager for Media.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Key responsibilities:
Oversee development of product material, advertising opportunities and other promotional activities such as events & PR
Develop project plans to monitor and track progress
Coordinate internal resources, clients and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Shape our digital strategy (SEO, SEM, Content Marketing & Social Media)
Support the marketing organization through development of actionable reporting and analysis, establish and track benchmarks. Develop action plans to meet or exceed established benchmarks
Create a system to generate and nurture MQL and work closely together with our Head of Sales to establish a 360 degree client experience
Collaborate with our IT team, agencies/other vendors and partners
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
To succeed in this role, you:
Have proven project management skills
Are positive and communicative with strong interpersonal skills
Have an entrepreneurial attitude with a go-getter mentality that can excel in an international, diverse organization
Have a strong understanding of technical web concepts, Social Media Advertising, Google Analytics, SEM, SEO & CMS
Are organized and able to prioritize and track tasks and manage time efficiently
Know how to navigate in an environment with different stakeholders
Sales competence is a big plus
We expect you to:
Have completed an academic degree (minimum bachelor?s degree)
Have excellent English skills (both written and spoken), with German, French or Italian as a plus
Be comfortable using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
