We're on the lookout for a skilled professional to join our client's team in Stockholm. As a Media Producer, you will play an important role in developing, overseeing, and producing engaging video content for our client's YouTube Channel.
Your Responsibilities:
• Content Creation: You will be hands-on in developing, creating, and producing video content that resonates with our audience.
• Project Management: Acting as the central point of contact, you will effectively manage information flow within your projects, ensuring that the project team meets budget, timing, and quality expectations.
• Collaboration: Working closely with our Creative Lead and other Media Producers, you will contribute to the growth and enhancement of the YouTube channel.
• Script Development: You will actively participate in script development and direction for video productions.
• Delivery Excellence: You bring a proven track record of consistently delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting or exceeding expectations.

Qualifications (must have!):
• Industry Experience: Previous experience as a Media Producer or equivalent within the industry.
• Project Management: Competence in scheduling, financial/budgeting, and production.
• Track Record: Demonstrated ability to run projects from inception to completion.
• Multitasking: Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills You Bring:
• Producer Experience: Seasoned producer with a strong understanding of production processes.
• Storytelling: Proficiency in scriptwriting and crafting compelling narratives.
• Interviewing Skills: Journalistic interviewing skills that bring depth to your content.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage and nurture stakeholder relationships.
• Production Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of production, including live action and animation, along with industry best practices.
• YouTube Savvy: Familiarity with YouTube and its dynamics.
• Project Management: Adept at managing multiple projects, ensuring smooth execution.
• Strategic Insight: A deep understanding of marketing and business objectives to inform creative productions.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in tools such as Slack, ClickUp, and Microsoft services (Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
