This is a global role focused on offline media, and you?ll be working across all 10 markets we?re currently present in. As offline media is a relatively new area for us, you will be an integral part of taking this to the next level.
Today you?re most likely working in a planning or analyst function at a media agency. You?ve been involved in developing media plans for multinational clients, and you know what it takes to create (and measure) a successful above-the-line media campaign.
This position is heavily focused on analysis and planning: you see a clear relationship between TRP?s/GRP?s, website traffic and registrations, and know how to fine-tune the ratio between offline/online variables to improve conversion. You enjoy creating insights through qualitative and quantitative data and can present these in an easily digestible manner.

Responsibilities:
Building global media plans, analysing performance in real-time and adjusting as needed to deliver highest performance
Analysing quantitative and qualitative data to build reports and insights
Working closely with the online and growth analytics teams to analyse campaign performance and further develop models to measure performance
Developing market profiles for various activities driven by marketing and sales (direct mails, partnership deals, etc)
Working with marketing director to manage media agencies and create agency briefs
Assisting marketing team members with production coordination on a per-need basis
Requirements:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Business or Marketing
1-3 years work experience from a media agency or an in-house media buying department
Familiar with analytics tools such as RJ Metrics, Google Analytics
Ability to build on regression models constructed by growth analytics team
Ability to build insights through qualitative and quantitative research
Strong understanding of the global media environment
Extra plus for:
Relevant industry experience from a payments/e-commerce/gaming/web startup
Photoshop, indesign, Keynote
