Job Description
As a Media & Marketing Strategy Manager, you are part of the Customer Experience Department and you are responsible for Lindex global holistic media strategy and a valuable media agency relationship in all our markets. You lead the marketing strategy work to improve our effectiveness and continuously optimize how we allocate our investments across PR, influencers, paid media in all channels. You will be a critical part of delivering Lindex marketing transformation.
You and your team are responsible for our follow up process and draw the conclusions that influences our agile strategy. With your colleagues you drive the activity planning process to meet our communicative goals and sales plans. In your team, there will be two Key Account Managers and a PR team led by a PR & Influencer manager based in Stockholm.
Are you the one we are looking for?
Relevant academic education
• 7 years of relevant work experience from similar role inhouse or at a Media Agency as Agency Manager, Key Account Manager, Strategy Manager, Team Manager or similar
Experience from a leading position
Experience of optimising large media budgets across multiple markets and all channels for B2C brands in fashion or retail business
Experience from mar-tech set-up to secure digitalisation and data driven optimisation
Swedish and English, both spoken and written
To succeed in this role, you have high commercial awareness, great analytical skills and you have a responsive mindset. Since you will handle several projects simultaneously you need drive, structure and great planning skills. You seek to understand our target groups ' behaviours to be able to guide the output and optimize for reach and impact. We also see that you have strong communication and presentation skills and you actively seek customer insights to know our customer better.
