Currently, we are in need of mechatronics engineers. You will work with our mechatronics and design team to help produce our prototypes and develop solutions to various problems along the way. The role is very hands on and requires people who are able to adapt quickly to different tasks. These could include static and dynamic construction of the product, sensor integration, programming in c++ and working with our service design team to ensure the best possible customer interaction with the solution.
Responsibilities:
• Dynamic or static design of solution components
• Work with design team on customer/solution interaction
• Construction of prototype and testing of functionality
• Integration of a range of sensors and peripherals
• Automation of components
• Autonomous navigation development and troubleshooting
Requirements:
• BS mechatronics/robotics engineering or similar
• 3 yrs experience in related field
• Experience with Python & C++
• Familiarity with the physical components and hands on assembly of robots or similar
• Experience in robot path planning, navigation, and motion control
