Work description
We are looking for a Mechanical Simulation Engineer for a 3 month position with one of our international customers. As a part of the Mechanical Simulation Team you will work closely with the mechanical design engineers finding optimal solutions within the field of product development using virtual analysis. Further on the assignment consists of nonlinear finite element analysis where for example drop test simulations are common. The position offers a wide range of advanced simulation activities within the fields of solid and structural mechanics.
The company operates in several countries around the globe and consists of employees from different cultures.
The position is due to start on the 2nd of may.
Who are you?
You have a M.Sc. or Ph. D. in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Physics and at least five years of relevant experience from advanced analysis within the field of Solid and Structural Mechanics. Further on you are an experienced user of the FEA working tools Hyper Works and Abaqus. You are fluent in English and have experience in communicating with different cultures. In addition flexibility and creativeness are essential qualities.
