• Let 's build anything together!

We are looking for a product owner to join our Build Environment Team. The team has the overall responsibility for managing the mechanical and automation parts of the machine, enabling a flawless electron beam melting (EBM) environment. You will work with a highly skilled team of engineers and you will have a key role in our product development organization.

As product owner (PO) you are one of two leaders in an agile team. The other leading role is the scrum master (SM). You work closely together with the SM and you will be responsible to ensure that the team backlog is in a good shape to maximize the value of work being performed in each sprint.

Being the primary team leader for the team requires that you regularly communicate and check in with employees on their progress on goals; offer coaching or assistance, or revise goals if necessary. You will report to the group manager of Hardware Development.

Arcam EBM works with the latest in Additive Manufacturing (also known as 3D printing) and we are in the forefront in our field. We believe that you are an ambitious, goal-oriented person who understands what is needed to complete and finalize a project. You take pride in your work and are committed to deliver quality results on time. You enjoy working in a creative environment where you'll be taking responsibility and have an important effect on the business.

We offer
A fun, flexible and technically advanced environment with interesting customers. Full time position with a wide variety of added employee benefits, including bonus, flexible working hours, health and pension insurance benefits. We offer you an exciting and global working environment which will give you valuable experience and contribute to your future development. You will have the opportunity to interact with highly committed colleagues from different cultures.

We strive for gender balance and believe that actively prioritizing a high level of diversity in our workforce creates competitive advantage. It is our people that make the difference!

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain, prioritize and define team backlog
• Define acceptance criteria for team activities/items
• Responsible for that the products defined in the team functions follow overall agreed technical roadmap
• Act as the link between product managers and the development team, keeping track of requirements and making sure the development process runs smoothly
• Communication with other PO's and stakeholders
• Lead the team of app.14 engineers and offer coaching or assistance in their daily work

Requirements
As a person you like to work in an innovative environment with focus on high pace. You are a team player who are driven by the interaction of team members as well as stakeholders. You have high integrity and the ability to build relationships with people on all levels in different organizations. A curiosity to learn and understand complex technical systems is desired together with a great interest in technology. To match the role, we believe you have a relevant academic education in mechanical engineering, applied physics or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years' experience from a leading role within mechanical product development. Some experience working with lean/agile methods are required and former knowledge in Jira is an advantage. You communicate fluently in English and very meritorious is knowledge in Swedish.
