The focus of the Maintenance department is to ensure high utilization and high efficiency in our production that is running around the clock 365 days a year. It's a highly complex process to produce boards as we do and it's most important that the production runs smoothly all year round. As Mechanical Manager, you are expected along with your team to develop, plan, implement and monitor activities in your area. You should be familiar with the work based on KPI's, feel a strong commitment to leadership with the ability to motivate and develop others. To be successful in your work, you should have the engineering and maintenance experience in a highly automatized production, preferably from the wood industry.
