You will be leading projects from a technical perspective, which means being in the center of things. Talking with external parties and collaborating teams, expertise regarding manufacturing technology, keeping track of time estimates and deadlines; you will be the go-to person and the force moving things forward.
We will give you this possibility, and you will still be able to be hands-on with design and product development. You don't want to walk away from technology just yet.
The keyword will be collaboration. Crossfunctional teams are created to solve problems, rather than picking the problem for an already existing team. Products and business areas will differ, but you will take the projects from start to finish.

Skills needed
• You have experience working as a mechanical engineer.
• Successfully lead one or several technical teams to reach set technical goals.
• Being able to explain and talk about highly complex problems and explain them to experts and non-experts alike.
• You have to be fluent in Swedish and English.
