hela Sverige Företagspresentation For one of our customers,we are now looking for Mechanical Integrity Engineer for an assignment at their site in Finspång. Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development and an established partner in the energy sector, the company delivers advanced and sustainable solutions for the market's current and future needs. Through this assignment, you get the opportunity to work in an internationally developing and forward-looking environment where the opportunities are many. This is initially a consulting assignment of 10 months via Unik Resurs with good possibility of extension. We apply ongoing selection, which means that the assignment may be filled earlier than the application deadline.

Arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområden As a Mechanical Integrity Engineer, you will support our development projects by understanding and assessing the lifing behavior of our components. Our team engages in a variety of tasks, including alloy development, material modeling, methodology development, and providing support to workshops, procurement, and service. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely, with the expectation of regular in-office presence to ensure effective collaboration and team integration.
How You'll make an Impact
• Perform stress and lifing assessments utilizing finite element analysis and other numerical models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather essential data and inputs for precise assessments and calculations.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of lifing methodologies and procedures.
• Engage in root cause analysis to evaluate and understand component lifing behavior.
• Support development projects by assessing and planning the necessary lifing work
Din profil
• Background in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Experience in structural analysis, experience in high temperature applications is an advantage
• Proficiency with software tools such as ABAQUS, HyperWorks, NASGRO, NX, Ansys and FRANC3D
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
• Self-sufficiency and the ability to work independently
• A collaborative mindset and an ability to quickly grasp new concepts and skills
