Are you a skilled Mechanical Integrity Engineer with a passion for turbo machinery? We are currently looking for a dedicated individual to join our Compressor Aero & Mechanical Integration team. As part of the team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of compressor and heat pump systems.

How You'll Make an Impact
* Use your expertise to conduct fatigue analysis, low-cycle fatigue (LCF) assessments, and thermal stress evaluations.
* Employ advanced tools such as Franc 3D, ABAQUS, Ansys, and our in-house resources to analyze crack propagation.
* Collaborate with other interdisciplinary teams to address mechanical integrity challenges and improve system reliability.
* Provide technical support to the workshop, offering valuable insights and solutions.
What You Bring
* Extensive experience in fatigue, LCF, thermal stress, and crack propagation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Previous experience in turbomachinery is advantageous.
* Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Swedish is advantageous.
* Willingness to work on-site in Finspång 2-3 days a week, and as required.
About the Team
We are a diverse R&D group consisting of highly skilled and dedicated engineers who work within the areas of aeromechanics, aerodynamics, solid mechanics, structural dynamics and rotor dynamics. All in all we are 18 people working close to each other, all passionate about advancing the compressor and heat pump technology.
We are one of the departments in Finspång with most expertise and specialist, and we intend to keep it that way by challenge our self and each other!
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
