We offer consultancy services mainly within Project Management, Mechanical Engineering and Software Development. We see a strong demand for our services, resulting in the need to strengthen the Swadara team. Swadara is currently seeking experienced product developers within Mechanical Engineering. About you: You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering. You have a genuine interest in product development, are social, curious and have a sense for details. Other qualities we value highly are dedication, quality-consciousness and prestigelessness. The fact that you are self-propelling and take responsibility for your work are qualities both we and our customers appreciate.
We are very concerned to make a difference for our customers. Therefore we want you to have at least 3 years' experience in, and a passion for, product development.
You are used to work in projects and can handle a project oriented way of working, with awareness of and participation in planning and activities. You are socially skilled and experienced in working cross-functionally.
Competences: You have knowledge in the following areas:
• 3D CAD Catia V5
• PDM/PLM, Preferably Smarteam
• Mechanical design, injection molded plastics, diecasting, sheet metal, welded structures
• Different manufacturing methods
• Test and validation, setting up requirements and verifying design
• Prototype production and validation
• Fundamental product cost calculation
• Driver's license B (car)
• Swedish and English language
