We're now at the point where we need you to join us, so that we can continue to develop cutting edge MedTech products for people everywhere. This position is for our inhouse projects at our office in Lund.
We are currently looking for both Mechanical Engineers, Electronic Designers and Embedded Software developers with MedTech background. However, this add is specific towards Mechanical Engineer / Mechanical Design Engineers.
We are looking for someone who has experience of Mechanical Engineering and preferably in relations to plastic and smaller products. It is also great if you have an overall view of, or want to learn about medical products and products with some amount of regulations and requirements.
It would be great if you are capable of interpreting customer needs, generate ideas and be able to define the scope based on the received information. Therefore, it's also great if you have good communication skills, enjoy to work close with customers as well as other disciplines within the office at Sigma Connectivity.
Work experience we're interested in:
About 5 years of experience from Mechanical Engineering
Experience from smaller products and preferably small plastic design & development
Understanding of writing test specifications from project requirements
Have experience of work with eCAD, Wireless and "smart" products
It would of course be great if you had experience from working with MedTech devices
Understanding of the importance of documentation
