hela Sverige * Produce solid models of parts (3D) and ensure product assemblies,
• Generate engineering drawings (2D) for the electrical components,
• Specify materials and apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing taking into account manufacturing processes,
• Create mark-ups for new revisions,
• Participate in product design reviews and FMEA,
• Propose and drive mechanical solutions in accordance with function, cost, quality and users' requirements.
• Design the cable layout in the heat pumps
• Implementation of electrical requirements acc. safety, function and cost
• Responsible that the electrical components and design are according to norms and regulations (electrical safety; EMC and LVD)
• Support Documentation team with components data
• Build samples
• Work according to internal electrical guideline and be part of continuous improvement of the guide line according to technical trends and state of the art technology
• Master or Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• Experience in the design of metallic and plastic parts in industrial environment, preferably using CAD 3D Unigraphics.
• Electrical design
• Specification, calculation, design and testing electronic hardware components and systems
• Good knowledge about Industry standards like IEC (e.g. EN60335).
• AutoCad knowledge is a plus
• Project experience in product technical development is a benefit
• Analytical Ability
• Problem solving mindset
• Able to take responsibility for own work and apply own initiative to finding solutions
• Results oriented and pro-active attitude
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Good communication skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
