In this position, you will contribute ideas for innovative technology developments and solutions, working to solve industrial problems.
Reporting to the Manager for Embedded Hardware, you will contribute creative ideas to R&D projects, as well as propose follow-up projects and activities based on new ideas.
Your responsibilities
Design and maintain mechanical products and parts as part of our mechanical team.
Take active part and responsibility in the agile planning and monitoring of the mechanical team.
Secure a close and efficient cooperation with suppliers.
Review and secure quality of the work produced by the mechanical team.
Train, coach and support colleagues within your knowledge area.
Identify risks in R&D Projects.
Your background
A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or similar field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in mechanical engineering and 3D design.
Familiarity with injection molding, sheet metal and surface finish processes.
Experience with Creo / pro Engineer is an advantage.
Demonstrated driver capabilities, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
Demonstrated proactive acting with focus to fulfill committed deadlines with right quality.
