Mechanical Designers till Ludvika
You will be part of ABB Components in Ludvika. Our customer base can be found all across the world. We manufacture products, tap changers and bushings aimed for transformers. At Components we are today 360 co-workers. We operate at a global market with both ABB and external clients. We are the Technical Lead Center globally for our products and in Ludvika we are in charge of both technological and product development. Our other factories are located in the US, China and Brazil.
The challenge: As Mechanical Designer you will work in a dynamic and diversified

The requirements: You have a degree in Engineering alternatively solid work experience from Mechanical Design. Knowledge in 3D CAD ProEngineer is a requirement. Since you will work in a global company you need to master Swedish and English. Knowledge in PDM Systems, machining, molding technology and material knowledge as well as experience from mechanical design are important for your success. In addition you need understanding of power applications and the ability to handle calculations and technical discussions with customers and suppliers. Further it is advantageous with experience from project management and from the electrical power industry.
