hela Sverige We are currently looking for a Senior mechanical design engineer to our Engineering competence centre to take on the challenge to design the next generation radio products together with the Radio department in Kista and with our head office in China
Qualifications Required
We require at least 5-10 years of experience in mechanical design of complex products aimed for high volume production
This means mechanical design experience of products with the high quality and the performance normally related to Radio products. Products that must also achieve low cost and high reliability and that are aimed for a high volume production. We are would value a proven track record of willingness to explore and conquer new technologies and competences.
We would prefer experience from Telecom filter mechanical design but we know that the number of possible candidates with this competence is very small.
We believe that this candidate has knowledge of the die-casting process, of extruded/machined products, soldering and an understanding of the complexity of cooling and of EMC
For this position we also value experiences/understanding of the ?platform, concept & product portfolio? discussions that take place during the initial phases of a product lifecycle.
The candidate can of course communicate fluently in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
We require Bachelor Degree, Masters in mechanical engineering or equivalent background

We expect that the candidate can work independently as well as in a team
The candidate should have a high focus on delivering high quality work
The candidate should have a strong feeling and interest for development and to share experiences with others in the team and have a proven capability to pursue creative solutions and new technologies.
Prior experience from international and multicultural work is preferred
